Dear All... please help me here.

1. Rohtang
a. Is there snow in ROhtang in July end and early August?
b. What all can we do in ROhtang? Are there some sports? Will they be there in July end time..??
c. How much time do I need for ROhtang? Is 1 day sufficient? How is traffic there in July end?

2. Manali
a. What all activities should I do in Manali?
b. Is 2 day time sufficient for Manali?
c. I heard that Kullu Manali closes at 6:00pm. Is this true?

3. Kullu
a. What all places should I visit in Kullu?
b. Is 1 day sufficient?

I will reach Kullu on 24th afternoon. So i have 24th half day, 25-27 full 3 days. Please help in my itenary. I will be taking rental car for commutation.
