Help Reqd. : Feb honeymoon in Kumaon

Hi all,

Thanks for all the existing info, very very useful!
I'm planning to hit Kumaon in February mid for my honeymoon.

Following is the tentative schedule:

Day 1(13th Feb) Chennai to Delhi
Day 2 Take the night train to Kathgodam
Day 3 Kathgodam to Chaukori
Day 4 Chaukori
Day 5 Chaukori to Birthi
Day 6 Birthi
Day 7 Birthi to Munsiyari
Day 8 Munsiyari
Day 9 Munsiyari
Day 10 Munsiyari
Day 11 Munsiyari
Day 12 Munsiyari
Day 13 Munsiyari to "some place midway to Kathgodam?"
Day 14 from there to Kathogodam. Night traain to Delhi
Day 15 Delhi to Chennai

Wanted to spend more days in Munsiyari and go to the Ashram or to Khalia Top or some other short treks from there.

Doubts:

1. Is my schedule ok?
2. Will there be snowfall at that time?
3. I came across the name , Anil Bisht. Can I contact him? (reference from folks here)
4. I planned to stay at KVMN at all places. Thoughts on that?
5. What will be the rough per day cost for hiring a car (Is the petrol + allowance method followed or is it a flat rate per day?)
Some indications of the rate will help me in my planning
