May or July/August - I know neither is good

Hi,

I'm working in Bombay until the end of march and then am going to do some serious travelling around most of India...I realise that i'm working through the best time to travel and thta's gutting but i can't do anything about it...

basically after i finish work at end of march i have 2 weeks to get out of india so figuered go straight to nepal as perfect time to trek and have always wanted to do that,

it's when i return back into india around the end of april that things get tricky (and hot)

i can do my trip either 2 ways starting or ending in rajasthan....an important part of my trip....and want to go at the best possible time (in which i can go)

go east upon return to india and start my trip in rajasthan (in may)

or stay out west and end my travel in rajastahn (july/august time)

i really don't know what to do as i know that neither time is great so would be really thankful for advice
