 Getting an Indian visa in the U.S. I have a Canadian friend in California who is trying to get a a visa for India... She wrote: "They are actually telling me I CAN'T even apply for an Indian visa because I have no proof that I am a permanent US citizen..." So the question is... If I as a Canadian can get a visa for Cambodia in Bangkok the same day, why can't anyone from any country in the world get a Indian visa from any Embassy in the world?
