visit to Kullu Manali

Hi

We are planning to visit kullu manali in this coming OCtober 2008.

It is an indian airline package wherein we will first go to chandigarh. there we will stay for a day then will move to shimla and kufri. there will stay for 2 days and then we will go to manali. there we will stay for 4 days.

actually that package includes only two days stay in manali but we have extended our stay. on first day they will carry us for site seeing of manali like hidimba temple etc.

on second day we will go to rohtang pass.

now as we do not have much information about manali we would like to have suggestions on our extended stay. where we should go?

we are me, my husband, my in-laws and my two kids. (6 year old+3 year old).

do there have any tracking for say 1-2 days where me and my husband can join?

are there any places where we should visit?

from manali we will go to kullu. there we will stay for one day.

and then back to ahmedbadad via delhi.
