Plz helpppppp : marriage issue

Dear Friends,

I have gone through many of the posts here regarding marriage with foreigners.
I am going to marry a lady from Tbilis, Georgia next year.And still confused with which kind of visa she should apply. [Blush]

She will be coming to India with me and stay here..

now my questions

1)Can she be an Indian citizen like me and stay here forever without visa problems? Will she get Indian passport? or PIO card for 15 years is the solution?
2)PIO card is only for 15 years? after that again it have to be renewed?
3)In which visa she should come to India so that we can register our mariage here and after 1 year she can apply for PIO card?
4)Is it proper to come here on tourist visa and change it to X-visa after marriage, and after 1 year apply for PIO card? or she can take x-visa directly from her country?
5)After getting PIO card is it possible for her to go outside india and work there?

I will be very thankfull if u can provide your valuable information on this matter....
