 Problems Buying Land in Bangalore I'm looking for some information about foreign companies buying land in Bangalore. From what I've heard, it's almost impossible to get a clean title without going through with bribes and payoffs to officials, or even the local mob. Does anyone know of stories where foreign company that has had problems with land acquisition and had to use someone like Jaya Karnataka to settle the dispute?
