Google - Adsense - Is income guaranteed ?

It is very nice to know in this forum, that not only I can become popular by posting, simultaneoulsy I have been given opportunity to earn through a very very popular Advertising Program on the Internet i.e. "Google Adsense".

But how do you increase the visitors to this forum, so that many can see my posts, and also I have chances of earning some decent money.
